About the Event
Shore-based personnel who pack, dangerous goods (including loading and unloading CTU’s), mark, label and/or placard dangerous goods or who prepare and sign dangerous goods documentation are required to do function specific training which is covered by this course.
It’s also ideal for freight forwarders and consolidators involved with sea freight, and anyone involved with the shipping of dangerous goods by sea.
Shore-based personnel who are involved with the handling or transporting of dangerous goods, but do not perform the above functions, require General Awareness level training.
Note: 1.) Customised modules containing specific company procedures, and only accessible by that companies employees, can be created for a one time flat fee. 2.) Two day course, 8 hours approx. per day. In some Australian States, or due to low participant numbers, or scheduling issues, the course may be reduced from two to one day.
